I specialize primarily in Lymphatic Drainage Massage and have been colloquially nicknamed “the lymphatic girl” in St. Albert! Working with all sorts of clientele with vast needs including digestive, hormonal, constipation, brain fog, and more, I can truly say without a doubt - the lymphatic system is a big deal!!
Some other unique modalities I offer are Craniosacral massage therapies, joint mobilization (‘joint stretch massage’), visceral organ support, and a host of other awesome services.
